FAQ's

Do you undertake smaller weddings and event work?

We do undertake small and large events but we restrict the number of clients that we have
for that date. Please check with us about availability.

Which areas do we cover?

We cover the North West area but will consider clients outside this area. Conditions apply.

Do you have a price list?

We do have a price list for most of our products but the price for flowers will depend on the flowers chosen and the season. It is best to arrange a consultation to discuss further.

How do I book?

A non refundable deposit is required to secure your date in our diary.

What does the price include?

The price for your chair cover includes a White or Ivory chair cover complete with a sash and includes delivery and set up for your venue in approx. 30 mile radius of Stockport or Westhoughton. There are no hidden charges.

We cover the most of the North of England and will travel (conditions apply). For more information please contact us.

We will also arrange to attend your venue before your event to measure the chair size. We have a range of different sizes which fit the different chairs used by venues.

Do you offer any discounts?

Please contact us for further information and a full quote as further discounts are available for larger quantities or when taken with other products, such as cakes, stationery and table decorations etc.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your date and also any special offer agreed.

When is payment required?

The balance payable is due one month before your event. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment is made by this date but a reminder will be sent.

What numbers?

We allow changes up to one week before your wedding as we understand that numbers change. Final costs can be amended accordingly.

When do you dress the venue?

We dress your venue normally on the morning of your event, however, some venues may want it earlier. We therefore liase with your venue to arrange. The covers are collected the next day.
